Tuna steaks have a moderate flavor and firm meaty texture. Most fresh tuna sold
a Publix has been portioned with the bloodline and skin removed for a milder
flavor providing a 100% edible product.
Ingredients
4 Tuna steaks (3/4 inch thick)
1/4 Teriyaki marinade
1/4 teaspoonful of pepper
2 tablespoonfuls of olive oil

Method
Preheat grill to medium high. Brush fish with olive oil
and place on the grill.
Cook 1-2 minutes on each side to quickly sear.
Brush fish with
Teriyaki and season with pepper.

To compliment this try a nice dry table white wine available at all large stores like Publix etc.
