4 x 5 to 7 oz Mahi-mahi fillets
Salt & pepper to taste
1 bunch of parsley leaf chopped
1 sprig of Rosemary finely chopped
1 small bunch of fresh Thyme finely chopped
2 Tablespoonfuls of Olive Oil
Season fillets with salt and pepper.
Mix together chopped herbs and press onto tops of fillets.
2. Heat oil in a large sauté pan on medium-high heat; add fillets herb-side
3. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
To compliment this try a nice dry table white wine available at all
large stores like Publix etc.
