Mild and sweet, snapper has a semi-firm texture. The skin should be removed from the fillet prior to cooking.
1/2 teaspoonful of salt
1/8 teaspoonful of pepper
1 1/2lb of Snapper fillets
16 oz Peach Mango Salsa
1 Cup of Fresh Mango diced
1 tablespoonful of Cilantro shopped

Preheat the oven to 400°F
Season fish with salt & pepper and place on a baking sheet. Top with salsa, and
bake for 12-14 minutes or until opaque and separates easily.
Top the fish with fresh mango and sprinkle with cilantro.
To compliment this try a nice dry table white wine available at all
large stores like Publix etc.
